Welcome to the party

Well, its about time that I put all things together in one lovely spot.  After years of blogs (three or four to be....unsure actually, I lost count) and social media profiles, its time to collaborate.  I have been working on this website for a while now and officially announced its existence just a couple months ago.  So why am I still holding onto the "others".  If you have joined me here, its because you are officially a part of my tribe.  Consider this your invitation to join the party.  I like that term, TRIBE.  I've heard it many times before, and the older I get the more I appreciate what it really means.  I have become a little more cautious about who I let in to my tribe, but tribe it is.  We are tied by similar interests, the desire to find common ground and especially seeking for a way to help each other.  I learn everyday from the perspective of others.  So in some small way, I hope that I can help from my tiny little corner of the world. 

As a little girl, if you smiled at me, and even if you didn't, you were my people.  I love people.  My mom was oftentimes searching for me at church and in the neighborhood, because everyone was my friend and I wanted to be with everyone.  Nowadays, that scares the bejeebies out of me.  The thought of my children running off with just anyone.....not gonna happen on my watch.  Its different now.  But I still love people.  I am more cautious, but the love still stands.  

So I will be creating a space to bring all my interests, tips, failures and all things blonde...ALL RIGHT HERE.  So freshen up or sit in your scrubs and join the party.  Because it will be authentic, it will be raw, and it will also be beautiful.  Please feel free to share with your loved ones, or don't.  Either way, I will be here, and a lot of the time I will be talking to myself, considering this is my party and I'll cry if I want to.
